growing up between china and america, i was always moving around, caught between different worlds, which shaped my perspective on the world and fueled my necessity for self-expression. this urge for a creative outlet lead me to pick up my first camera midway through college, which lead me to work with the school’s basketball & football teams as well as starting my freelance endeavors. 

after graduating from business school, i took a gap year to explore the creative world full time—a decision that changed my life. i briefly worked as the head creative producer at an nil sportswear start-up before taking a leap of faith and freelancing full-time. over time, I found my voice & style, blending cinematic storytelling with contemporary, high-energy visuals, which lead to projects with the NFL, MLB, Vans, Chicago Bulls, Jack Daniel’s, Adobe, and more. 

a brief tenure in corporate consulting this past year helped me solidify that my true passion lies filmmaking. now, i’m more excited than ever to be back creating full-time—exploring new styles and pushing my creative boundaries. whether it's directing a campaign, editing high energy visuals, or pouring my heart into a passion project, i’m here to craft videos that bring a unique perspective of the world.
